Drs. Marianne Overakker has extensive experience guiding individuals as a personal coach to improve performance and personal effectiveness, develop a career plan, (re)find the best possible balance between business and private life, overcome performance blocks, develop leadership and management skills, accelerate personal and organisational change, increase self-esteem, navigate key transitions and inspire others.

Personal coaching of Overakker Coaches is oriented towards guiding you to identify and specify your goals, your preferences and the ways to achieve these. If you know and understand yourself, you can make the transition into a new career and/or life or develop your life skills. Our strong believe is that "we are all born to shine."

Overakker Coaches quite offen gets questions like: "how and where could I exploit my talents the best possible way and in a way that will give me satisfaction" or "what is the kind of coaching, educational programme or training that I should participate in to achieve my goals". In many of these cases we prefer to work with the SIMA method (the System for Individual Motivation Analysis).

Marianne Overakker (drs.) is active as an independant personal coach since 1997. During many years she has had coaching responsibilities in different roles at Dutch and Belgian companies and (semi-)government institutions.
After her university education   social sciences - at the University of Amsterdam and Pedagogics in Rotterdam she has finalized the School of Coaching in Leiden.
