She has been working as an independent consultant and as an executive coach, leadership developer and trainer since 2001.
Louise has an entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and warm approach to people and to teams. Her objective is to help people get in touch with their core, their power, their ideas and their courage to get into motion. From that place people can create and play their bigger game in an authentic, loving and convincing way.

When working with teams, Louise uses type indicators (LifoŽ Life Orientations) and other ways that help people reflect on their own strengths and challenges and those of their colleagues.
