Annemarie van der Meer is a coach with over 20 years experience. She coaches people at all levels in organizations and from different industries, in the Netherlands as well as abroad. She holds a degree in psychology and has gone through extensive coaching training. In addition, she is certified in specific HR-related instruments, such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Hay Leadership Styles (360° feedback instrument), FIRO-B, Fundamental Leadership Survey, TeamScan. Her coaching style is open, direct, practical and inviting depth. Annemarie is also a coach trainer for managers and other coaches. She offers her coaching training in the Netherlands in co-operation with the Strategic Executive Coaching Alliance (SECA) as an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP). Her working languages are Dutch (native), German and English.
